We offer rostered and alternate player memberships. The RHL season consists of 46 games with playoffs. A Rostered Membership allows a player to be eligible to play in all of these scheduled games. An Alternate Membership has no guarantees of any games with a maximum of 23 games plus playoffs. With a discounted Rostered membership fee, a player may register to play on multiple teams. Any tournaments and/or special events are not included with your season membership.

USA Hockey Membership is required for all RHL members. Any individual who is not in good standing with USA Hockey will not be permitted to register with the RHL.

Please visit: www.USAHockey.com and register for a 2025/2026 USA Hockey Membership prior to registration. All players must register 12 hours prior to participating in an RHL game. Any players registering less than 12 hours prior to an RHL game may be considered ineligible to participate. This will allow our registrar adequate time to add you to the team’s USA Hockey roster. You must be on an approved USA Hockey roster to participate in all RHL games.

Prior to registering for the RHL, please ensure you have a team available.

If you’re in need of an RHL team, please contact our RHL commissioner Ryan Reed at: RHLCOMISHTTR@GMAIL.COM

RHL players must be 18+ to participate.

Please Note: Any individual who has an outstanding balance owed for prior seasons to the RHL or any of its affiliate organizations will not be permitted to register for the current season until these debts are paid in full. Any player that does not keep their payments current and up to date will be suspended and will not be permitted to participate in any RHL functions. This includes games and playoffs until they are caught up on their payments. All memberships are nontransferable or refundable. Please be sure to read the Financial Waiver for more details.

RHL plays league games at Tacoma Twin Rinks, located at 2645 S. 80th S., Tacoma, WA 98409 and Sprinker Recreation Center, located at: 521 Military Rd S, Tacoma, WA 98444

Please note – Tacoma Twin Rink’s employees will not have or be able to provide you with the appropriate answers to questions or be able to help you with concerns regarding the RHL. Also in the past, our on ice and off ice officials have been approached with issues regarding RHL procedures.

The RHL has established a method for you to communicate with the league. The first step is to contact your team manager and your team manager will either solve your issue or relay information to the RHL Commissioner and the PS Icesports Executive Director.

For All Disciplinary actions, the Disciplinary Committee will follow USA Hockey Bylaw 10. The disciplinary committee is comprised of the team manager or designee from each team. The rulings of the Disciplinary Committee are appealable to the Appeals Board. The appeals Board will be chaired by the PS Ice Sports Executive Director and will follow Bylaw 10 in the USA Hockey 2025–2026 Annual Guide.

In the effort to keep communication lines open and the ability to provide accurate information, we ask that you follow these guidelines. We are all aware that the rumor mill and getting information from people who do not understand the rules and procedures can be confusing, waste time, and create frustration. Our goal is to foster a healthy environment for adults to enjoy the game of hockey. Your responsibility is to understand who does and doesn’t have the authority to solve your issues. If you have any questions, please contact our Commissioner, Ryan Reed.
